I ask them to tell their story, how they discovered who they wanted to be and how they wanted to be it and for them to share their wisdom with my amazing listeners. In season 2, I began incorporating sponsorships to my episodes, but in my small business spin, I take sponsored ads EXCLUSIVELY from small businesses, and have them record in their own voice and their own words.
